Our Impact
Recidivism Reduction Educational Program Services (RREPS) is a justice-impacted–led nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing incarceration, strengthening families, and improving public safety across North Carolina.
RREPS operates as an essential statewide reentry infrastructure, bridging gaps between justice systems, healthcare, housing, employment, and community-based supports. Our work is grounded in the understanding that reentry is a process, and that consistent, early intervention prevents homelessness, relapse, and reincarceration
