Mentorship

Our Transitional Partner (TP) program consists of participants who are knowledgeable in the process of transitioning back into society upon release. Returning citizens will be presented with a Transitional Partner (TP) at an allowed time. To assist the returning citizen in gaining a better understanding of the do’s and don'ts of successfully transitioning back into society upon release.
