RREPS (Recidivism Reduction Educational Programs Services, Inc.), is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Our mission is to break the cycle of incarceration by providing justice-involved and justice-impacted individuals with the tools, resources, and support needed to successfully transition back into society. We focus on reducing recidivism through comprehensive reentry services, prevention programs, and educational opportunities that empower individuals, strengthen communities, and create safer futures for all.

Our Three Arms of Impact
At RREPS, our work is carried out through three powerful arms that together drive change and create lasting impact:
Recidivism Reduction (Reentry Arm):
We provide justice-involved individuals with the resources and support needed to successfully transition home. By addressing barriers like housing, employment, and stability, this arm directly reduces recidivism and builds stronger communities.
Inside Out (Policy & Advocacy Arm):
We work to change the policies and systems that drive mass incarceration. Inside Out advances fairness, second chances, and laws that reduce recidivism at its roots. By centering directly impacted voices, we push for reforms that remove barriers to reentry and build a justice system grounded in dignity, equity, and opportunity.
Stronger Together (Organizing Arm):
We center directly impacted people to lead reentry-focused change in their communities. Through grassroots organizing, storytelling, healing-based advocacy, and strategic outreach this arm shifts the narrative from punishment to possibility, building safer, more supportive communities for justice involved and impact people.
